Q: How does your community at Medford Estates measure up to others in the area?
This is the premier all age manufactured home land lease community in Jackson County. We offer our residents great amenities, including patrol service seven nights a week. We are in a centrally located area between Ashland (which houses the Shakespeare Festival), Medford (where our international airport is located) and historic Jacksonville. As an all-age community, we cater to families, senior and empty nesters.
Q: What are some of the amenities at Medford Estates?
We have a seasonal heated swimming pool, a year-round indoor spa, basketball courts, tennis court, barbecue area, playground, clubhouse (used extensively by our residents for a wide variety of functions), saunas, exercise room, billiards room, library, pot lucks, a monthly newsletter, and special holiday events for our resident children and adults. Plus, we are the only community in southern Oregon with its own in-house nightly patrol for the residents' comfort.
Q What does it cost to live at Medford Estates?
Besides buying your home, you pay Medford Estates monthly the equivalent of land, association, and a property tax payment. This what is called base lot rent. Base lot rent is $524.00 per month, plus a $45.00 per month community fee which covers your water, sewer and trash service. Residents pay their own telephone, cable, electric and gas charges.
Q: Why should I/we choose to live at Medford Estates over another community?
We truly care about our residents and the community in which they live. It is our desire to make our community your best possible living experience. We enforce the rules, and do background checks on everyone who applies for residency and we try hard to make our residents comfortable and happy!
